A Message from the Owners:
We moved to France in 2006 and started renting out our 2 holiday homes. Maison Lairoux Holiday Homes were successful, and several of our friends asked us to manage the marketing for their holiday homes in the Vendee. We currently manage a portfolio of around 20 properties as Vendée Holiday Cottages.
Le Vieux Café Holiday Home is set in the peaceful village of Lairoux only a 15 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Southern Vendee in Western France.
This 3 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests, plus a baby and is very child & dog friendly. There is Wi-Fi throughout, a fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher etc..) leather sofas, UK & French TV channels and 2 bathrooms.
There is a 12m x 7m heated swimming pool, large games room with table tennis, billiards, Xbox 360, DVDs, Books, Games etc. and a grassy garden that is great for picnics.
Open all year and in a great location for nature lovers & cyclists and less than an hour to the Fantastic Puy du Fou Theme Park. 15 minutes from a new Water Park.
With prices from only £570 for a week in Spring, this is ideal for families. We can also offer short breaks (min 3 nights) from October until Mid-May each year.
