A Message from the Owners: We are Russell and Nicki, the owners of Esme's Cottage. We are also the owners of Yofftoo, so you can probably see where the motivation for Yofftoo has come from. Together, we have run Esme's Cottage as a holiday let since we bought it in 2007. That's quite a lot of experience of holiday rentals and much learning about the global market for vacation accommodation. We have met many wonderful guests along the way. Esmé's Cottage is located just 50 metres from the original Ivy Bridge, a 13th Century stone-built construction which crosses the River Erme in the old part of Ivybridge's town centre. The bridge, still in use today, is the subject of the 1813 painting by Turner entitled 'Ivy Bridge'.

The Cottage is one of 6 in a row of terraced cottages which were built approximately 170 years ago. On entering from the street, the Cottage comprises a main living room and large kitchen/diner downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 pretty bedrooms and a toilet/bathroom with bath and shower. The bedrooms are carpeted throughout.

The accommodation, which is centrally heated and benefits from modern sealed unit double-glazing, comfortably sleeps a family of 5. Guests also have access to a small, private south-facing patio and rockery garden to the rear of the property.
